Amada Cutting Technologies, Inc. (Los Angles, California) has introduced a high precision and high speed circular saw machine, TC3102, to the North American metal cutting industry.
Fast, accurate cut-off lengths up to 118" are easily achieved by combining a servomotor with rack and pinion indexing the material at rates up to 165" per second.
The machine is capable of generating as many as 1,600 precise cut-off pieces per hour. (Amada test data: 1" OD) x 0.063" WT) welded seam tubing at 20" cut-off length.)
This machine also features: rigid construction, bundle storage system, cut piece sorting system, and
easy automatic control operation.
