Amada Cutting Technologies, Inc. (Los Angles, California) has introduced a high precision and high speed circular saw machine,
GEMINI802, to the North American metal cutting industry.
With its dual material clamping and cutting capability, the machine is best suited for producing short cut-off pieces in large
quantity.
The machine is capable of generating as many as 4,680 precise cut-off pieces per hour at two-bar cutting.
(Amada test data: 0.59" OD) x 0.06" WT) welded seam tubing at 0.79" cut-off length.)
The machine greatly improves productivity while requiring much less space and manpower compared to the conventional
pipe cutting machines.
This machine also features: unique vise system (the material remnant length is approximately 3/4",
large capacity and long run automatic operation by sling type magazine, rigid construction, and easy automatic control operation.
