Amada Cutting Technologies - PMP - Preventative Maintenance


	Preventative Maintenance Program

Dear Valued PMP Customer,

Effective June 1, 2009 Amada Cutting Technologies PMP Program is changing.

Program as follows:

Exclusive User: (operating only AMADA blades on all machines)


ACT will provide unlimited service to all exclusive Amada blade users at a discount of 50% from standard rates. Discount will apply to all labor and travel charges. 35% discount on genuine Amada Bandsaw Parts. 1 time annual inspection at customer request. PMP inspection will not be scheduled by ACT and will be as needed and based on PMP inspection personnel availability.

Non Exclusive User:
ACT will provide unlimited service at a discount of 30% from standard rates. Discount will apply to all labor and travel charges. 20% discount on genuine Amada Bandsaw Parts. PMP inspections at a rate of $15.00 per machine.

Present PMP customers will be transferred to one of the above-mentioned program automatically.

Customers who currently have a balance of complimentary hours in our database will be given the opportunity to consume those hours through June 30, 2009. On July 1, 2009 all complimentary hours will be removed from our PMP Program and database, no exceptions.
