Productivity Features
This AMADA Metal Sawing Machine incorporates the latest developments of carbide circular metal sawing blades. This technology utilizes disposable carbide saw blades for the most economical and efficient metal sawing operations with unequalled production rates.

  • The high quality rigid construction and unique State of the Art design, eliminates the need to switch to high speed steel blades when cutting materials such as stainless steels and other nickel based alloys. This feature has produced substantial cost savings by:

    • Standardizing inventories.
    • Eliminating the dependencies for blade sharpening and repair facilities.
    • The reduction of downtime for blade changes when cutting different materials.

  • Unsurpassed accuracy and high quality end finishing help to eliminate secondary operation in many applications.

  • These features, coupled to a high volume quick acting inclined magazine for continuous cutting, produce the lowest possible cost per square inch of metal removal ever achieved.

  • Carbide stabilizing pads for the saw blade to eliminate vibration and a complete enclosure around the machine enable high production rates while maintaining noise levels within the acceptable limits.

  • Amada's Engineering and Design Department is constantly striving to meet all the needs of the industry and is cognizant to the fact that cost reduction without loss of productivity is only one of the requirements today. The operators and other employees' safety, health, and mental attitude are of extreme importance to the entire industry.

  • The mist system and automatic chip removal help to maintain a clean machine and adjacent work areas.

  • Safety precautions, noise reductions, environmentally clean and pleasant workplace, and extremely operator friendly controls are all in the effort to promote safe operation and positive employee attitudes while maintaining maximum productivity and minimizing operation cost.
