Description
Multi-faceted Carbide Tipped Blade

Designed exclusively for heat-resistant alloys, nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, and special cast tensile steels, all with high tensile strength of over 142,000 psi. It features ultra-hard, diamond sharp carbide tipped teeth that resist low thermal conductivity and abrasion that can quickly break down conventional bi-metal type bands.

Features
  • Carbide tooth tips
  • Multi-faceted Carbide ground tooth form
  • Special backing material
Advantages
  • Greater wear resistance than bi-metal blades
  • Higher heat resistance than bi-metal blades
  • Less tooth vibrations
  • Precision ground tooth
Benefits
  • Able to cut up to 54HRC
  • Better finish
  • Fast cutting
  • Long life
